    Become a Sales Agent in leadership and management training

    • DMC TARGET: Training Buyers, HR Managers, Directors, Business Owners
    • PRODUCT: public leadership & management training courses
    • INDUSTRY TARGET: all industries and company types
    • GEOGRAPHY: sole territories available across UK & EMEA
    • HOURS: part time and flexible
    • STATUS: self-employed
    • DURATION: ongoing
    • REMUNERATION: up to 30% commission
    You will be designated a specific geographical territory, near to one of our training centres in London, Exeter, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle or Glasgow, convenient to your home location and have sole account management responsibility within that area. You will have your own home-office, laptop or PC, BT land line, mobile phone and car. You will be targeting Training Buyers, Human Resources Managers and Senior Managers of corporates and Directors of SMEs across all industries. If you currently sell to the above people then contact us today to add our services to your portfolio.
    A passion for sales and professional development, together with a strong track record in field sales, with a minimum of six months experience is a prerequisite. Preferred candidates will have a a background in the training industry or qualifications in business/sales administration or NLP. Attractive commission-based packages are offered together with a career development plan, which includes INLPTA NLP qualifications, sales training and product training.

    You be remunerated for introducing prospective clients to us with whom you have had prior direct private or professional dealings. You will simply provide us with the relevant contact details for each interested party to enable us to follow up the introduction. We will take care of everything else, including the sales transaction, consultations, delivery of services and account management.
